0.2 - 0.4mg/kg IV (loading dose) followed by 0.1 -0.2 mg/kg /hr IV infusion

0.02 - 0.04 mg/Kg IV repeated after 3 -4
0.04 - 0.2 mg/Kg IM repeated after 3-4 hr
Antitussive dose
Dogs 0.2 - 0.5 mg/kg
Neurolept analgesia
