Antimuscarinic

Indication

Adjuvent to general anaesthesia to decrease salivary and tracheobronchial secretions and to treat sinus bradycardia Or Incomplete AV block, Decrease acid secretion in stomach, stomach ulcers

Dose

Dog and cats- 5mg/lb adjuvant to anaesthesia 15 min. 's before anesthesia, 0.018-0.024 mg/ kg I/m

Contraindications

Mainly adverse effects are concerned 

Adverse Effects

Dry mouth, constipation, Decrease in urination, increased sensitivity to light, blurred vision, drowsiness
