Large Animal @

10 ml daily for 3 days

Small Animal @

5 ml daily for 3 days

Contraindications

Ranitidine , cimetidine , omeprazole, pantoprazole decrease the amount of acid in stomach which may reduce the absorption of these vitamins.

Adverse Effects

Vitamin B3 (Niacin) inhibits the breakdown of Primidone & Carbamazepine in the body , which could increase the risk of overdose & toxicity.
