Dogs- 5.0 mg/kg PO 5 mg/ kg spot on, 

Cats - 5 mg/ kg b. Wt

Elephant- 2.5-4 mg/ kg 

Do not use in young puppies/ kitten as they are susceptible to tapeworms, don't use spot on for animals having 1 kg body wt. 

Injection may cause localized sensitivity to tissue especially in cats, can cause transient hypersalivation if cat lick area where spoton applied, oral administration may cause anorexia, vomition, lethargy and diarrhoea
