• 0.125-0.2 mg/kg IV (To reverse xylazine or medetomidine)

• While administer monitor heart rate and rhythm carefully

• In horses- excitation, rearing, striking, muscle tremors, exaggerated response to stimuli
• Increased heart rate
• High doses- tremors and seizures
