  • Visceral pain of GIT
  • Prolapse of vagina,bladder,rectal
  • Recto vaginal prolapse
Dose
  • Ruminant= 0.5mg/kg  T. Dose-150mg
  • Dogs= 5-10mg(total dose) PO
Contraindications
  • Overactive thyroid gland
  • Skeletal muscle disorder
  • Myasthenia gravis
Adverse Effects
  • Blurred eyes
  • Dry eyes
  • Dry mouth
  • Constipation
