Dogs/cats- microsized 10-30(upto 130) mg /Kg per day 

Horses and Cattle-5-10 mg/kg per day for 3-6 weeks or longer

Swine- dermatophytic 20mg/kg po once daily for 6 weeks

Patients with hepatocellular failure, Pregnancy

Hepatotoxic, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, CNS signs, Hemolytic alterations, cleft palate in cats
