In paracetamol toxicity-

• Initial dose @ 150 mg/kg PO / IV as 5% solution
• Loading dose @ 70 mg/kg PO every 6 hrs (6-7 treatment)

Hepatic encephalopathy

• Hypersensitivity in asthma patient
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Rarely Urticaria
