Inhibit negative feedback mechanism of oestrogen on GnRH, enabling the release of GnRH from hypothalamus , inducing ovulation

Anovulatory oestrogen, repeat breeding, delayed puberty, oestrogen induced tumors

Horse, cattle, sheep , goat @ 1-1.5 mg/Kg for 5 days

dog @ 25mg/kg

In anoestrus and repeat breeding cattle @ 300mg for 3-5 days

Precaution- administer 1% copper sulphate solution before clomiphene to induce closure of rumens reticular groove.
