Fluoroquinolone antibiotics

• Inhibit the bacterial DNA gyrase enzyme and to poisomerase 4

Bacterial infections that cause bronchitis, pneumonia, chlamydia, gonorrhea, skin infection, urinary tract infections and infections of the prostate, conjunctivitis, corneal ulcer

Dog/Cat -Administer 1 drop to affected eye every 6hours, loading dose can be used 1 drop to affected eye every 15 minutes for 4 doses. 

Dog- 30mg/kg  , PO, OF

Calves/ Lamps/pig - 0.5ml/10kg of body weight, PO with drinking water

• Hypersensitivity
• Don't administer to animals with impaired renal function
• Don't use in pregnant dogs and cats. 
• Don't use to treat horses
• Don't administer to laying hens producing eggs for human consumption. 

• Eyepain, redness, itching, blurry vision and a bad taste in the mouth. 
• Inappetance, diarrhoea, hairloss

Inj oflokind oz (VET MANKIND) - 60 ml vials (Each 5 ml contains 50mg ofloxacin + 125mg ornidazole)

• Oflox eye oint-5g
• Oflox eye drops
• Oflox-D eye drops-10 ml
• Oflokind-Oz pet -90ml     

Ofloxacin and ornidazole (Oforf bolus 3.5g)

• Powder - Ofloxacare -2%
