Dog -15 to 30 MG per KG po q 12 hr interval, Cat -UTI -30 mg/Kg PO  OD for 7-14 days, soft tissue infection -15 mg/kg PO BID for 28 days, Horse - 15 to 30 mg/kg  IM, Slow IV q 12-24 hrs, pig- 15 to 30 mg/kg IM PO q 24 hrs, cattle - 25 mg/kg IV, IM, OD, calves -48  mg/kg OD IV , IM Sheep and goat- 15 to 30 mg/kg IM, IV, q 12 to 24 hrs, elephant-22mg/kg PO 4 days

Avoid animals having keratoconjunctivitis Sicca    polyarthritis

Keratoconjunctivities sicca (dry eye), hemolytic anaemia, cholestasis, polyarthritis
