Affect cl(-) ion channel of the nervous system of arthropods and nematodes.

It increases the membrane permeability. It causes hyperpolarization and death.

Enhances the release of GABA at presynaptic neuron.

Heart worm, ancylostoma spp,Toxacara, Toxascaris,Tricheris,Demodex, strangles vulgaris,Ascarids,pinworm,Hairworms,Stomach worms,lungworms, mites,lice.

Cattle-0.2mg per kg.

Horse-0.4mg per kg.

Cat-1 mg/kg.

Dog

Heart worms-3 mcg per kg ( every 30days) PO

Mange - 0.2 to 0.25 mg/kg(3 to 6 weeks).

Demodicosis-0.2 to 0.4 mg/kg -PO.

Dog< 2 month age.
