As prokinetic @ 1.1 to 8.8 mg/kg IV Single dose in leucocytes

Cat @ 5mg/kg PO Once daily

Dog @ 5-10(upto 40)mg/kg PO Once daily

Foals @ 10 mg/kg PO Once daily (initially) followed by alternate days

Hypersensitive patient
Liver disfunction
Horse above 1 year fetal digestive disturbance

G.I disturbance
Very rarely nervousness dermatological reactions
