1. Systemic mycosis, superficial candidiasis fungal, urinary tract infections

Dog- 2.5-5 mg/kg p/o q 12 hrs

Cat-50mg/cat 1 IV (occulat) 

Urinary candidiasis- 5-10 mg/kg

Pregnant animal

In hypersensitive animals 

Cap fumycin (150mg) 

Eyedrops flucomet 5 ml

Capsule forcan 50mg, 150mg, 200mg
