Hypothyroidism

Cat @ 0.05-1mg per cat

dig @ 0.02 mg/kg PO BID for 4-8weeks

If serum TSH level is already suppressed

Patient with underlying cardiovascular disease

Risk of precipitating overt thyrotoxicosis.
