What constitutes an emergency?

  • Bloody diarrhea

  • Abnormal gait, stumbling, loss of coordination

  • Choking, difficulty breathing, respiratory distress

  • Collapse

  • Diabetic insulin crisis

  • Distended abdomen

  • Discoloration of the skin, eyes, or gums
