Dog-Otic - 4-8 drops 12 hrs interval ,Opthalmic-1 drop per eye 6-8 hr interval, Systemic-5-10 mg /kg wt. Slow I/V q 24 hrs

Cat-Opthalmic - 1 drop per eye 6-8 he interval , Systemic -5-8 mg /Kg slow I/V over 30 min. Or I/M or S/C - 24 hrs interval 

Birds -3-5 mg / kg Body wt. I/ M or I/V                           Chickens -0.2 mg S/C    Pheasants -5mg/kg I/M q 5h    Quail - 10 mg/kg I/m q 6h 

Cattle/sheep/gots /pigs -4mg /kg B. Wt. I/m Or I/v

Elephant -4. 4 mg/kg wt. I/m Or I/v (mix with saline before IV infusion) 

Pregnancy, Renal diseases patients with Neuromuscular disorder and in neonates  and geriatric patients. Do not use if ear tympanum is perforated
