• Coccidioldes Immitis osteomyelitis

• Horse: 3-5 mg/kg   12-24 ht  PO
• Dog: 2.5 mg/kg PO  12 hrs or 5 mg/kg  24 hrs PO            Dermatophytes: 3mg/kg/day  PO for 15 days                 Malssezia: 5mg/kg/day 24hrs PO
• Cat: 1.5-3mg/kg upto 5mg/kg PO
