40000 - 50000 units / kg IM repeat after 5 days

Cattle 

10000 - 60000 units /kg SC or IM repeat after 2 or 3 days

Horses

50000 units /Kg IM repeat after 2to 3 days

Swine

10000 - 40000 units/Kg IM every 3 days

Birds

100mg/Kg IM once daily

Penicillin hypersenstivity patients

Deep intramuscular administration only
